Paysalia trade show: a successful 2023 edition for HYDRALIANS and PROLIANS

Paysalia, the landscape, garden and sport exhibition, took place at Eurexpo Lyon from December 5 to 7. A benchmark event for professionals in these sectors, and particularly for our HYDRALIANS and PROLIANS brands, actively present on two dedicated stands.

From all over France, our experts shared their expertise and the latest innovations from our extensive product ranges. Digital corners were also set up to showcase new features on the hydralians.fr and prolians.fr websites.

Partner of the water and landscape professions, HYDRALIANS has notably promoted – and offered visitors the opportunity to test on site – the Flowdians mobile application allowing you to control your garden (watering, swimming pool, lighting), for more savings and comfort.

PROLIANS, which supports professionals in landscaping and equipping green spaces, presented various fences from the Prestige range, supplier innovations (gates, carports, pergolas, etc.) as well as differentiating Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as a “raised arm” exoskeleton.

At the end of the three-day show, the results were very positive. See you in 2025 for the next Paysalia!

Customer satisfaction, the barometer of our action

Initiated by DESCOURS & CABAUD in 2018, the customer satisfaction barometer is back for its 7th wave.

From Monday, October 9 to the end of November 2023, our independent partner INIT is interviewing a representative sample of our active customers by telephone to measure their satisfaction.

In all, some 5,600 customers of our three brands – 3,500 PROLIANS customers, 1,300 DEXIS customers and 800 HYDRALIANS customers – will be surveyed to gather their overall and detailed satisfaction throughout the customer journey: relations with sales staff, field sales, product offering, store, outdoor park, delivery, website and complaints…. For each of these areas, the barometer enables us to measure changes in satisfaction, highlight our strengths and prioritize our areas for improvement.

The first results will be communicated at the beginning of 2024 by brand, then broken down by subsidiary as in previous years, so that Group employees can benefit from personalized results.
